Duties & Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. Pre-Investment
    • Create and establish interpersonal relationships with existing and potential investors<\/li>
    • Build on a strong referral network (Wealth Club)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Investment
      • Build up knowledge and expertise on market overview (real estate and finance), other industry practices and products; ZACD investment products<\/li>
      • Advise and promote our investment products\/opportunities (Fund raising\/AUM \u2013 Asset Under Management)<\/li>
      • Comply with the current regulatory standards<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Post-Investment
        • Become trusted advisor to clients and strengthening their loyalty<\/li>
        • Regular updates to clients on their investments with ZACD and gather feedback<\/li>
        • Assist operations (Middle office) in client documentation<\/li>
        • Developing new business and partnership with clients<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Others
          • Acquire new clients for ZACD Group<\/li>
          • Market and sell the full suite of products and services especially the funds to the high-net-worth clients of accredited investors<\/li>
          • High-net-worth with the focus on family business would be an advantage<\/li>
          • Develop and maintain client relationships by establish long term partnerships<\/li>
          • Be able to identify business opportunities<\/li>
          • Achieve, collaborate and promote cooperation with other business areas e.g., SLP; to maximize business opportunities<\/li>
          • Achieve sustainable and consistent financial performance aligned to agreed KPIs<\/li>
          • Identify and capture cross-selling opportunities<\/li>
          • Proactively generate and develop prospects<\/li>
          • Identify any product, service, operational, or client coverage gaps, and take the lead in ensuring resolution<\/li>
          • Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements and standards are met<\/li>
          • Be compliant with internal policies processes, guidelines and best practices standards according to legal and compliance requirements and sales efficiency industry standards<\/li>

            Requirements<\/strong><\/div>
            • Minimum Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance \/ Banking \/ Business Administration with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the sectors of financial institutions\/real estate funds\/financial advisory firms<\/li>
            • Strong sales track records, experience in selling funds will be highly regarded (minimally S$2 million worth)<\/li>
            • Strong judgment and big-picture thinking on top of industry or functional expertise<\/li>
            • Possess a successful track record of developing, managing, and growing strong relationship with executive decision makers and influencers<\/li>
            • Takes charge of his\/her personal development<\/li>

              You will be part of the Legal and Compliance team, working to ensure all information within the organization complies with the laws, regulations and internal policies.               Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

              • Perform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of risk<\/li>
              • Understand and keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations<\/li>

              • Communicate and ensure findings recorded are followed up with the Management to ensure issues are being rectified and propose courses of action<\/li>

                  You will be part of a dynamic Developer Sales Team, primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of ZACD\u2019s current and upcoming development projects. You can expect a remuneration package of up to $500K annually, (Basic + Commission + Overiding)!<\/p>

                  Job Scope<\/strong><\/p>

                  • Determining clients\u2019 needs and financial abilities to propose the best solutions<\/li>
                  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing<\/li>

                        • Strong knowledge on Camera operations including DSLR, Black Magic, lighting and audio-recording equipment<\/li>
