We are pleased to announce that ZACD is currently working with the property\u2019s tenant \u2018iSelect\u2019 to increase its occupancy density to accommodate an additional 78 pax to the current three-storey office building, bringing its current occupancy numbers up from 591 to 669.<\/p>\n<p>As the demand for additional office spaces will continue to increase to meet with the rapid growth rate for a tech company, ZACD will continue to support its growth by working closely with iSelect to form an \u2018iSelect hub\u2019 on the property.
